1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using A-LE ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("buyer," "user," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.


2. Domain Sales and Dynamic Pricing


2.1 Dynamic Pricing System

  • All domain prices increase by 1.00 € every 10 seconds from the base daily price.
  • Price fluctuations are automated and not subject to manual override during active sales.

2.2 Offer Based Acquisition

  • Users can submit offers on any listed domain.
  • There is no direct purchase or reservation feature available.
  • Offers are subject to seller approval and are valid for 30 days unless withdrawn.
  • Only after an accepted offer and confirmed payment will the domain transfer process begin.

3. Payment and Transaction Terms


3.1 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed via PayPal to ensure security.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
  • Payment confirmation triggers the domain transfer process.
  • Additional transfer fees may apply based on the registrar and domain extension.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Offers can be cancelled before acceptance by the seller.
  • Once a purchase is confirmed and the domain transfer begins, sales are final.
  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical errors preventing the transfer, at our discretion.

4. Domain Transfer Process


4.1 Transfer Initiation

  • Upon payment confirmation, sellers receive transfer instructions.
  • Transfer completion depends on domain registrar policies and can take 5-7 business days.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate registrar and account information.

4.2 Transfer Verification

  • Both parties receive notifications of transfer status updates.
  • Disputes during transfers are resolved via direct communication and, if necessary, registrar mediation.

5. User Responsibilities


5.1 Account Information

  • Users must provide accurate contact information.
  • Any changes in email or payment methods should be updated immediately.

5.2 Compliance

  • Users agree to use domains lawfully and not for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
  • Trademark and intellectual property rights must be respected.

6. Seller Obligations


6.1 Domain Ownership

  • Sellers confirm they are the legitimate owners of listed domains.
  • Domains must be free of legal disputes, liens, or encumbrances.

6.2 Transfer Cooperation

  • Sellers must respond promptly to transfer requests and provide necessary authorization codes.
  • Failure to cooperate in transfers may result in account restrictions.

7. Communication and Support


7.1 Platform Communication

  • All major communications regarding offers and transactions occur via email.
  • Users must monitor their registered email addresses for important updates.

7.2 Customer Support

  • Support is available via email at domains@a-le.com.
  • Response times are typically within 24-48 hours during business days.

8. Platform Rules and Restrictions


8.1 Pricing Integrity

  • Our dynamic pricing system is automated and designed to reflect real-time market demand.
  • Attempts to manipulate pricing or abuse the system are prohibited.

8.2 Fair Use

  • Excessive or abusive use of the platform, including spam offers, may result in temporary or permanent bans.
  • Commercial scraping or automated data extraction is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability


9.1 Service Limitations

  • Domains are provided "as-is."
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Technical issues or downtime do not constitute a liability beyond refund of unfulfilled transactions.

9.2 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays due to technical failures, registrar issues, or regulatory changes.

10. Privacy and Data Protection


10.1 Data Collection

  • We collect only data necessary for transactions.
  • Payment is handled securely via PayPal.
  • Personal information is not sold or shared.

10.2 Communication

  • Users receive emails related to offers and transactions.
  • Marketing emails can be opted out, but transactional emails are required.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to manipulate prices or bypass platform rules.
  • Making false or abusive offers.
  • Using bots or scrapers to monitor pricing or availability.
  • Engaging in fraudulent payments or chargebacks.

12. Platform Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime.
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.
  • We are not liable for missed opportunities due to downtime.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • Terms may be updated at any time.
  • Continued use indicates acceptance of new terms.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Slovak law.
  • Disputes handled by courts in Slovakia.
  • Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms.
